Our AC stopped working over night and I woke up to a sweltering 82 degree house (also, during our heat wave of 92 out). I called at 8am, and they were here by 1130a. Our service gentleman was fast, swift, and explained everything to me. He had our problem fixed within 20min, and now our AC is working better than it ever has before! I highly recommend this business; they’re fast, informative, and thorough. The price was fair, and we absolutely intend on using them for all our future needs.

1 technician. On time, polite and knew his trade. Quickly used his knowledge to diagnose and find the problem. Repaired in a short time and all is working well. Worked quickly an efficiently. Would use them again when needed. Everyone in the organization was helpful and professional. Great job!!!

I have dealt with plenty of HVAC companies over the years and this one is absolutely the best experience I have had. And I cannot say enough how awesome Ricardo was when he fixed my AC. Extremely professional and he was happy to explain why I wasn’t getting cold air. Use this company and always ask for Ricardo!!!! And G&R give this man a raise! He deserves it!
